Aims for the course.

This training course is for companies that want their employees to gain knowledge for creating ends or for teams that want to take practical, first steps with ends on products.

Easily accessible by many education levels and backgrounds. Adaptable to large and small groups from 4 to 50 people for example. It can be delivered within a flexible schedule - a minimum of 4 hours to a few days, for more in-depth specific needs.

Who is it for?

Companies looking to introduce endings for their departing customers. Build understanding, establish capability, develop a mindset. This course is the first step along that road.

Ends have influences across industry sectors: Banking, Transport, Sales, Healthcare, Entertainment, Start-Ups, FMCG, Digital, and Sustainability are particularly relevant. Teams in these sectors would certainly benefit from it.

Flexibility

Business can integrate the online Endineering cohort course. This helps employees be flexible about when and how they learn. Group sessions with a wider team can then be more focused and productive.

Case studies

Different companies engage with the theme of Endineering in different ways. Below are a few examples to show routes for your business and product needs.

Luxury car maker, based in Gothenburg. Started with a Keynote talk at one of the companies Strategy Design days. Then moved on to a 3 hour training session to embed practical Endineering skills with the customer experience and design teams.

One of worlds biggest consultancy firms, headquartered in London. They added annual Endineering training to their employee corporate Continual Professional Education (CPE) program. This was a 3 hour interactive session accessible to all employees. They learnt about the history, modern context of endings in the consumer lifecycle, and how to apply techniques for their business and customers.

US Software company specialising in financial software. After doing talks, and the standard Endineering training, we co-developed a series of sessions to focus in on a company product and area of company development. The sessions were a mix of activities around target groups and types of ending scenarios. This needed to have practical applications and output a hypothesis for testing in their product development.

Research and Development foundation. Collaboratively we built a project schedule to look in to endings across the business. This included delivery of presentations, workshops, video lessons, feedback sessions. The client took the findings to then build proposals for integration.
